the qihoo 360 CEO qi xiangdong disclosed that 360 has started a new investment department, focus on startup teams and project in the mobile internet area;
as qihoo declares to have open platform in the PC internet market, they will also do an open platform business in the mobile internet market;
the qihoo 360′s own mobile strategy contains 3 parts, they’re junk sms message process, cloud based virus scan, data security and backup based on cloud tech;
since qihoo 360 does not have enough experiences on mobile internet market, then qihoo will utilize this new investment department to keep qihoo a position in this big wave;
